Italian products are preferred worldwide for their high quality, that is why it is not surprising that Italy’s commercial expansion in the United States is soaring.Although Italy’s closest trade ties are with the other countries from the European Union, Italy is the United States 10th largest supplier, while the United States is the 3d largest market outlet of Italy. Undoubtedly these two countries conduct a great deal of commercial transactions, which often requires for English, German or Spanish to Japanese Translation and Italian to English, German or Spanish Translation
Moreover, thanks to its art, food, music and sights Italy is still the 4th most popular tourist destination around the globe. A place of olive oil, pasta, wine, mafia and sunshine, roman ruins and renaissance palaces, Italy has a lot to give both to the casual tourist and to the educated tourist. When Americans visit a foreign country, they go with the hopes that they will be able to find somebody who speaks English in the major hotels and tourist attractions, and usually it is so. However, like France and Spain, where you may need to rely on French Translation or Spanish Translation services, many people in Italy do not speak English, so it’ll not be a bad idea to pick up a few words to help you get by, especially if you decide to visit towns that are outside the main tourist destinations, or if you hope to do business in such a place. Unlike the French (especially the Parisians), Italians will be pleased to hear you trying to speak their mother tongue, and will try to understand you, even if you are making a lot of mistakes, so if you are on business in Italy, it is worth the effort. Have in mind that if you are going to speak in English it is polite to ask “Do you speak English?” before starting a conversation, because speaking English (and, more than English, speaking French) while taking for granted it will be understood can be considered very arrogant and impolite.
When doing business with Italians, you should always have in mind that negotiations can be slow and that demonstrating a sense of urgency is seen as a sign of weakness. The meetings in Italy are normally arranged in writing, in Italian, which communication is usually followed up by a phone call, fax, or e-mail, so if you are not sure that you will manage with the Italian Translation of your communications and proposals, you can contact one of the numerous specialized agencies. They will not only provide you with qualified translation or interpretation services, but are also familiar with the specifics of Italian communication style, which is characterized by combination of loquacity and visible emotion and is key to doing successful business. For example, Italians put more faith in information given to them orally by somebody with whom they have a strong, trusting relationship than any information sent in writing from afar, so while the discussion of things in a meeting in Germany, for example, will invariably be followed by a request for written confirmation of the ideas as the meeting concludes, it is vice versa in Italy – if you send something in writing, a request will invariably come back for a discussion of the issues. However, always have in mind that Italians tend to take away proposals and analyze them carefully, so be sure to offer as much information as possible in written form for them to take away.

Those who are at-home business owners know how critical space can be. In the beginning, there may be plenty of room in a home office. This may work for awhile, but as inventory grows and your sales are booming, you will need additional space for storage and for work. What was large enough in the past may now be cramped. If this sounds familiar, it may be time to expand your business space or move it to an entirely different location. You have three choices for making sure you have enough space when it comes to doing business. You can expand your current space, you can create an entirely new space for doing business, or you can separate your business materials into what you use on the daily basis and what can be stored. If you are going to use a storage solution, you will want to search for affordable, off-site solutions like a Houston Contract Warehouse or Houston Fulfillment. This allows you to get a lot of your stock out of the area and store things that you do not need at your fingertips. The merchandise may need to be stored until it sells, advertising and marketing equipment, office equipment that is not used on the regular basis or just about anything else. This is a great solution for opening up space in your current office area.
Another option is expanding your current workspace. Those working from home can expand their space by increasing the square footage of their home. You may be able to create an addition, or you may add footage to an area like a basement or garage. Also consider finishing an unfinished basement space if you have it or increasing the size of your garage and making it a livable space. This gives you privacy away from the family and living space.
Your final solution for increasing your workspace for your at-home business is to move to an entirely different space altogether. As much as you may love working from home, if your business has such growing success, it may be worth the inconvenience of moving off-site. It may not be as convenient, but you need to consider what is more important to you: the convenience of working from home or the growth of your company. You can consider hiring new employees to handle some of the off-site work, allowing you to continue work from home, or you can create a schedule that gives you time at home and at the new site. Regardless of which solution you choose, there are options for allowing your business to grow while still remaining true to your initial plan to be in control of your business.

If you own a home, you have probably experienced your fair share of household accidents. Some are minor and may result in a scrape or cut that is healed in a day or so. Others are more serious and require medical attention. If you want to reduce household accidents and injuries, there are two major things you can do. First, take a look around at what needs to be fixed in your home. Often it is these nagging little projects that result in most of the injuries. Consider that loose floorboard in the hallway. How many times must someone trip over it before it gets fixed? Even though it seems like a small project, it could result in a big injury if someone trips, falls, and breaks a bone. Other things that need fixing in the home may lead to more serious accidents. If you have electrical work that needs to be done, you should take care of it, or have a professional take care of it, as soon as possible. Electrical issues are one of the most serious problems a home can have. Also fix roof leaks, furnace issues, and broken windows before they lead to major problems. Those in need of Texas coatings or Texas Scaffolding can contact a professional company that will provide those items, and help you get on your way as soon as possible to fixing your home’s problem areas.
Once the problems are fixed, it is important to be prepared for them and act smart. For instance, even if you have never had a fire in your home before, it is important to make sure you have a fire extinguisher, just in case the time comes when it is needed. If you you are concerned about break-ins, you can get an alarm system that alerts the police if there is trespassing on your property. This way your property is safe when you are at home or away.
Another great way to prevent accidents is anticipating a possible problem. If you have little children, it is a good idea to protect them from things like local traffic, your swimming pool, or other indoor and outdoor risks. Consider the age and ability of your child and decide what needs to be monitored in your home.
If kids are old enough, they can take things like swimming lessons to keep them safe. It is also important children understand how to play safely in their homes. Make sure they stay away from items that can harm them, and explain to them what can happen if they do not.
If you plan ahead, and prepare for the many things that could potentially cause harm, you should have no problem having a safe, happy home.

The World Cup Effect
Dale also remarked on how the World Cup, which was watched by millions of people worldwide, has allowed hosts South Africa to be viewed in a very positive light and now all eyes are looking to the next host nation – Brazil. He says,
“The effect of the 2014 World Cup on Brazil will be significant with over 600,000 visitors expected, boosting GDP by around $30 million.”
Some three hundred million dollars has already been invested into the host cities which include Natal, Recife and Fortaleza in the burgeoning north east according to the Ministry of Tourism for Brazil.
